Privacy Policy

We send analytics events from your browser to our own backend endpoints (/api/v1/anonymous-token and /api/v1/events) over HTTPS. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not disclose personal information to third parties other than service providers we use to operate our infrastructure (e.g., hosting providers), who may process data on our behalf under contract.

Retention

We retain pseudonymous analytics for up to 12 months unless a shorter or longer period is required for security, debugging, or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request: (1) access to/knowledge about the personal information we collect; (2) deletion; (3) correction; (4) portability; (5) to opt-out of sale or sharing; and (6) to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request, please provide proof of authorization and the consumer’s verification information. We will verify and respond within the timelines set by applicable law (generally within 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days where permitted).

Your California Privacy Choices

We do not sell or share personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as an opt-out of sale/sharing and we disable analytics for that session. You can also contact us to exercise other rights described above.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track

When we detect a GPC signal, or equivalent browser preference, our site will not initialize analytics or request anonymous analytics tokens. You may still view and use the page normally.

Additional information

• We store a pseudonymous visitor identifier in your browser’s local storage and session tokens in session storage to operate analytics when enabled.
• We do not collect uploaded files or free-form text on this page.
• If you contact us by email, we will use your details only to respond and will delete them upon request unless a longer retention is required by law.
